Open Your Heart

We start this week with a full moon in Leo. As we know emotions can become very volatile around a full moon and this week's full moon is no exception. The energy that’s created from this moon's alignment feels really healing though if we are aware and channel it for our highest good.
I believe this massive illumination will allow us to see old toxic patterns very clearly and instead of sitting in the old disconnected ways not wanting or even caring to change, we finally have the desire and potential to step out and make big steps in new positive directions. I’m talking massive steps in our closest relationships that really do need and deserve some healing.
I know many people have gone through hell and back recently and the strength of this lion moon is just what’s needed. It feels like the light is back after a long period of darkness in many cases.
I also feel a lot of the potential healing is around our inner child so don’t be surprised if old stuff comes up, allow it, and remember we have to see it, free it, and feel it, to heal it.
If you would like to do some inner child work this week try these exercises-
My Advice to you this week is -
Stay in your heart and get out of your head.
'How do I feel about this...' rather than, 'What do I think about this…'
Stick with your pride
Nurture yourself, lick your wounds, and rest when you're tired.
Find the light and sit in it.
Use this time and this illumination to heal.
