Look After Yourself

If you don't look after you no one else will - period!
This is a week when self-care is top of the agenda and it needs to be serious attention to detail. The little things add up to the big things. You have to be aware right now of everything you are doing and relate it back to self-care so you can be in the best possible state to be able to cope or enjoy or thrive in the current cosmic weather.
I'm talking like everything -
"If I eat that will it help me feel my best?"
"If I listen to that song will it make me feel great?"
"If I see that person will it be good for me?"
"If I exercise or don't exercise how will that make me feel?"
Question every action and make sure you are living in alignment with love, light, joy, and happiness. This is not really the time to be loose, it's time to pull in the reins and be very conscious.
We all need to chill, too, so please allow yourself to rest when you feel it's time. Know your limits, the tide is in and so are we.
The other side of this is feeling tension building to a bursting point causing people to lash out and get nasty to one another and feeling stretched thin or burnt out and sick.
You choose how you play this one.
We are recovering from the eclipse season. The cosmic weather is changeable, leaving us feeling quite vulnerable.
We need to feel healthy and hydrated at all times. So please go outside in the fresh air and drink lots of water. Say your prayers, list your daily gratitude, and enjoy the monumental shifts that are happening this month.
