IT CAN BE PAINFUL

7-13 NOVEMBER 2021

Tribe, It can be painful being cracked open, it can be painful looking at your stuff, it can be painful owning your shit, it can be painful being honest, it can be painful looking at reality. It can be painful when things don't work out as you imagined. What you do with that pain matters. This is the classroom of life and some lessons are easy, some lessons are hard, some we like some we don't. Some lessons are really fun and some are really painful. It's up to us to step up, grow up and take the good with the bad, take responsibility, and learn. Blaming bad teachers and shit schools will get us nowhere. Being honest with ourselves with who and what we are is what is called for right now. Remember it's only when we are cracked open that we can let new light in or out. No pain no gain is a thing. Think about your life, your greatest growth was when you have been challenged the most.

So as we enter eclipse season please remember this. You are actually about to be tested with your self-worth. Who and what you truly value. Who and what is worth your time and where you go from here. Changes are coming whether you like it or not.

My Advice this week-

1. Take note of what is coming up for you

2. Be honest

3. Stay open

4. Be brave

5. Speak up

6. Be a good student

7. Feed your mind in nourishing ways

Have an amazing week tribe, buckle up, we got some big work to get done, please note when we are finished we move up a grade or two so it's worth putting our heads down and getting into it.
