Energy Extreme
31 JULY - 6 AUGUST 2022
It's hot out there and you may feel a bit frazzled and shaken this week.
There is some big planetary activity and it is creating extreme cosmic conditions. The energy is hot, volatile, and pretty unpredictable!!! The external world has some big shifts occurring under these cosmic conditions, this can leave us feeling a little unstable as the ground may not feel as stable and solid as we might like. The winds of change are blowing and mother earth is rumbling.
You are going to have to work hard to rise up above the chaos this week and in fact the next few weeks/months. You are going to have to consciously choose which path you walk. In this reality there is not just one path, there are many but you have to be awake (eyes wide open) to see that.
I want you to remember during this time that we are taking some big steps, in fact quantum jumps that are moving us to a higher state of being. It might not feel comfortable at times and that's ok, it might not feel easy and that's ok too.
This is the journey of life that we all signed up for and this is an incredible opportunity for us all to grow and heal and shine brighter than ever. We are actually being pushed to step into our most powerful authentic selves and that is very, very exciting.

Meditate
Open your heart
Love more
Practice Gratitude
Trust the universe
