Can you believe we are walking into July this week!!!

Thankfully July is a relatively gentle month and actually quite magical in many ways. Words that come to mind this month are soft, safe, free, and loving. 

This week in particular there are some cool cosmic alignments. Firstly we have our sun and our spiritual sun (star) coming together, this creates a beautiful wave of divine energy that will heal and recharge our bodies in some deep and meaningful ways. We need as much of this energy as possible. Our systems, especially our nervous systems, are fried so around the 4th of July go outside and connect with this wave of energy. It's there for us all. Ask to be healed and soothed and re-charged.

Later on in the week, we have a soft and gentle new moon in Cancer. She is reminding us we can always start again. That life is not linear but rather a spiral in which we journey round and around. She reminds us to see through the eyes of love and to let go of our anxieties and trust in our path.

2. Stay optimistic 

3. Practice self-love 

4. Do something kind 

5. Set some new intentions
