JANUARY 2020 HERE WE ARE... THE NEW WORLD
It’s okay if you feel a little scared or apprehensive. This unknown is a space we have yet to enter.
What I want to remind you is fear could just be an illusion. The nervousness you feel could just be excitement.
Walking this new way is different. There is more clarity, no more fantasy, time for truth. We can see things for what they are.
That is the reason for excitement not apprehension. No looking back! You're not going that way.
We are going forward fearlessly with an open mind, an open heart, and a clear vision. That’s the only way to go! As I sit in an Airport writing this, my heart goes out to all my Australian friends and family. It’s hard to stay positive with so much devastation hitting, but we have to keep shining our light even in the darkest moments. My prayers are with all.
NEWS
I have had an incredible Christmas and new year with my family. It’s an absolute rarity for us to be all together in 1 country and my heart is full. I love London at this time of year, it’s incredibly beautiful. My days have begun with early morning runs in Hyde park which is cold but truly magical. My days have been filled with family and friends. I couldn’t have had a better end of one decade and a beginning of another. I have definitely had a reality check, as we all have in these last few weeks. No more living in fantasy, tribe. At last we know who we are. We know our worth and we won’t try to fit where we don’t belong. Our eyes are now open. Our hearts are healing from old pain at last. And now I’m on holidays on my way to Switzerland with the love of my life ❤ I can’t think of anywhere I’d rather be than in a ski village with this man for a whole week!
