What on earth happened?? January you weirded out on us!!! You were such a late starter then threw up all that old stuff - AGAIN!!! We were relying on you ...To be different… We thought we were going to be free of the old... In this New Year, new cycle, new month thing. But no, you let us know it's all still there!!! We are the same people...
BUT There is a difference... don’t fall in the trap of getting caught up in old disappointment, old hesitation and all the other old rubbish. Are you feeling the difference yet? I am….. Open yourself up to it…. It feels like the old scars are still there, they haven’t quite disappeared like we hoped, when they are accidently, occasionally retouched by life it's not as painful or all consuming as it once was. It's more of an awareness or anuncomfortable feeling. There is an acceptance they are there, and it's ok. There is an understanding of them, a familiarity if you will. You don't need to weep or bleed any more, or hold the agony they once were. The energy is vastlydifferent and as we get used to this new reality, those scars will become less and less consuming and one day, one day soon if you let it, they will be just an insignificant mark on one page of our own personal storybook of life. This is the difference of the now and I hope you all, No, you NEED to start and feel this is the truth.
Its super exciting times we are in, apart from this realisation, (that did take many to get their heads around at first) this New Year energy cycle is proving to be amazing.

This is the truth just up to you to believe it, and what better year to put this in to practice. Year 1 = laying down the foundations of the next nine years, read back over my old posts, I wrote lots about the year 1 cycle. For me personally I have been working frantically in this new energy. I understand and know how important this year is and how easy it all can be ... That's my choice, I’ll let you in on a little secret - It's no different for you! The single and only difference is our belief system and that can be changed...Remember a belief is just a thought you keep thinking ...Change the thoughts if you want to change your belief’s.. Once you have changed them then expand on them….. Then expand some more… And more….. Get it??!!

I will begin working internationally again this year. Still calling the Sunshine Coast home but much more work overseas again. I am in Bali from 17th to 27th February finalising details for a Retreat I will be holding in Oct/Nov this year. I have had lots of interest, its going to be amazing. I am in Europe for most of July and August I will send out details ASAP there will be sessions in MADRID, IBIZA, ATHENS, MYKANOS and SYROS It's time to spread my light around this beautiful world.
Due to my busy schedule with travelling I have decided to change the way I work with children this year. Instead of running weekly classes I will run a monthly energy and meditation session for children, open to all ages.
